“Phase one is going as planned?”
“Yes, Mistress.”
“No problems?”
“No. Everything is working out as it should. We’ve already had several join us since the initial message went out.”
“Good. Then we can all agree that it is time to initiate phase two?”
“Yes,” several of her companions said.
She turned her attention back to the underling groveling on the ground in front of her. “Initiate phase two.”
“Yes,” he said. He left quickly without looking at her or any of her companions.
They gathered around the windows to watch the night sky. It didn’t take long before green flashed and blocked out the stars.
